We do not ship on national holidays, or weekends, if you place an order on a holiday or on a weekend it will be shipped the following business day.

Yes, it works with metal credit cards. Use standard credit-card-size cards only.

Yes, for cards inside the aluminum card case. It's factory-tested to block RFID scans at 13.56 MHz, the frequency contactless credit and debit cards use; cards that are popped up or kept outside the case shouldn't be assumed to be shielded.
What is the return policy and warranty?
You can get a refund within 30 days of purchase, or a replacement for defects for up to 2 years (normal wear and tear, misuse and accidental damage aren't covered). To start either, email info@concealplus.com for a Return Authorization number (RA#); you pay return shipping, and orders placed through a marketplace store are returned through that marketplace.
